Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Funattic Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through the funattic.studio website (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. Each of our apps and games has its own separate privacy policy linked from that product’s page.

1. What we collect

1.1 Contact form messages

The Site has a contact form where you can send us a free-text message. The form asks only for your message — there is no name or email field. If you choose to include your contact details in the message body itself, we receive them as part of the message text.

Messages are delivered to our inbox by email and are not stored in any database. We use them only to read and reply to your enquiry. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we don’t share message content with third parties.

1.2 Server and request logs

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel automatically logs standard request metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, URL requested, and timestamp — for security and infrastructure purposes. We don’t use these logs for analytics or profiling. Vercel’s data practices are documented at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

2. What we do NOT collect

The Site does not use:

• Cookies or local storage
• Analytics or tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no similar tools)
• Advertising pixels or third-party trackers
• Account registration or login

We don’t build profiles, track behavior across sessions, or share data for advertising purposes.

3. How we use contact form messages

We use the content of your message solely to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry
• Act on any feedback or bug report you provide

We do not sell, rent, or share message content. We do not use it for marketing. If you included contact details and would like us to delete them, email us at the address below.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on two external services to function. Neither receives personal data beyond what is described here.

• Vercel — hosts the Site and its serverless API functions. Receives standard request logs as described in section 1.2.
• IONOS — provides the email infrastructure used to deliver contact form messages to our inbox. IONOS processes the message content in transit only, in the same way any email provider handles a sent message.

No other third-party services are used on the Site.

5. Data retention

Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, after which they are deleted at our discretion. We have no database of form submissions. Server logs held by Vercel are subject to their own retention policy.

6. Your rights

If you included personal details in a contact form message and would like us to delete them, just let us know at the address below. We’ll remove them from our inbox. Because we hold no database of user data, there is nothing else to access, correct, or export on our side.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is a general-audience product page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The contact form has no age gate; if a child sends a message, a parent or guardian can contact us to have it deleted.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
